摘 要:为探讨臭氧污染对热带城市常见园林植物的胁迫影响,分别用质量浓度为0.43、0.86 mg·m-3的臭氧,人工熏蒸胁迫夹竹桃、朱瑾、金叶女贞、金边假连翘、三角梅、栀子花6种景观灌木,8 h后分别对相对渗透率、脯氨酸、叶绿素3个生理指标及后续表观变化进行研究。结果表明:相对渗透率、总叶绿素指标对6种植物抗逆性强弱的评价结果一致,都是随着臭氧胁迫浓度增大而变化幅度增加,可以作为园林植物臭氧抗逆性强弱的参考指标。臭氧胁迫下脯氨酸积累不明显(夹竹桃除外),表现为伤害性的合成减少。叶片表观变化为产生坏疽癍、退绿乃至落叶。6种灌木抗臭氧能力强弱依次为:夹竹桃、金边假连翘、栀子花、三角梅、金叶女贞和朱瑾。试验结果可为热带地区筛选抗臭氧树种提供参考。To explore the stress effect of ozone pollution on tropical garden plants, six types of landscape shrubs- Nerium indicum. Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Ligustrum vicaryi, Duranta repens. Bougainvillea spectabilis and Gardenia jasminoides-were stressed with ozone fumigation in 0. 43 mgom-3 and 0. 86 mgom-3 for 8 hours , and physiological indicators of relative permeability of leaves , proline and chlorophyll and subsequent apparent changes were measured and analyzed. The results show that relative permeability and total chlorophyll index has indicated an identical evaluation to the stress resistance of the six plants , the variation amplitudes of which increase with increased ozone stress concentration a useful indicator of the ozone resistance strength when selecting garden plants. Ozone stress-induced proline accumulation was not obvious except for oleander, which leads to a harmful synthetic reduction. The apparent changes in leaf are manifested as gangrene spots yellowing of leaf tissues and leaf falling. In terms of resistance to ozone stress , they are N. indicum Nerium indicum, Duranta repens, Gardenia jasminoides, Bougainvillea spectabilis, Ligustrum vicaryi and Hibiscus rosa-sinensis in a descending order. The results can be a useful reference for screening ozone-resistant plants in the tropical area.
