摘  要:在小型能源互联网的概念、形态和特征分析基础上,针对能源互联网"多源优化"的"综合评估"问题,从能源网络优化、能源使用优化和能源服务优化3个维度建立混合多属性三级评估指标体系,评估指标包括定量值、模糊不确定量和定性分析指标。研究了复杂混合多属性评估体系的计算方法,采用区间数方法解决了模糊不确定量和定性分析指标的量值转化及规范化处理,应用层次分析AHP-熵权法进行各级指标的综合赋权,并建立综合评估模型。最后以生态城动漫园为例进行了计算分析,验证了评估指标和方法的合理性。Based on the concept, representation and characteristics of small energy Internet, this paper addressed the multi-source optimization evaluation approach of small energy internet. As a start,the three - level evaluation system featuring hybrid multi-ttribute was established from different dimensions of energy networkoptimization, energy utilization optimization and energy service optimization. The evaluation indicatorquantitative value,fuzzy uncertainty value and qualitative analysis value. Then,the analytical method of complexhybrid multi attribute indicator system was studied. Quantity conversion and standardization were interval number method for fuzzy uncertainty value and qualitative analysis value. Consequently, by employinanalytic hierarch process-entropy weight metliod,the comprehensive evaluation model was built. At last,taking the animation park of Shengtaicheng as an example,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis were carverify the effectiveness of the evaluation indicators and methods.
