摘  要:特长铁路单线隧道空间小,CRTSI型双块式无砟轨道施工物流组织十分复杂,隧道内大型机械设备无法调头,各作业工序共同使用单一的通道,作业、物流相互影响相互制约,施工干扰极大,合理地利用工作时间和操作空间配置劳力、材料和设备,提高劳动生产率,实现不间断施工,保持均衡施工进度,以达到优质高效、快速施工的目的。文章结合沪昆客专壁板坡隧道出口工区无砟轨道的施工物流组织实践,研究了特长铁路单线隧道无砟轨道快速施工物流组织技术。Extra long railway single track tunnel space is small, CRTSI double block ballastless track construction of logistics organization is very complex, the tunnel of large mechanical equipment cannot turn around, each working together using a single channel, logistics operations, mutual influence and restriction, construction disturbance greatly, rational use of time and space allocation of labor operation materials and equipment, improve labor productivity, realize the continuous construction, maintain a balanced construction schedule, in order to achieve high quality and rapid construction aim.In this paper, combined with the construction practice of the ballastless track in the exit area of the Shanghai Kunming passenger dedicated railway slab slope tunnel, the paper studied the construction technology of the rapid construction of ballastless track in the single track tunnel of the extra long railway.
