摘　　要：现阶段我国电力建设工程的规模与周期不断扩大,同时,在建设过程中也产生诸多新问题。文章以现代电力建设工程为切入点,分析其管理中存在的问题,并提出相应措施。At the present stage,the scale and cycle of electric power construction projects in our country are constantly expanding.In this paper,the author took the modern electric power construction project as the breakthrough point, analyzed theproblems existing in the management, and put forward the corresponding measures.
