超声波引导下小针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究超声波引导下小针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年3月平泉县榆树林子中心卫生院中医科治疗的40例第三腰椎横突综合征患者为研究对象,均给予超声波引导下小针刀治疗,按照既定标准观察治疗效果。结果 40例患者中,一次治愈20例,二次治愈10例,有效6例,无效4例,两次治愈合计率75.00%,有效率15.00%,总有效率90.00%,治疗中未发现明显并发症和不良反应。结论通过超声波引导,实时监测下小针刀剥离第三腰椎横突尖部粘连处,松解肌肉,从而消除临床症状。整个操作过程既保证了安全性,又提高了精准治疗,减少了药物的使用,值得在基层医疗机构临床推广使用。Objective To research the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided small needle knife in treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods 40 cases of patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and treated with ultrasound-guided small needle knife,and the treatment effect was observed according to the established criteria.Results In the 40 cases of patients,20 cases were cured by one time,10 cases were cured by two times,6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective,and the total cure rate was75.00%,the effective rate was 15.00% and the total effective rate was 90.00%,and there were no obvious complications and side effect in treatment.Conclusion The real-time monitoring of small needle knife guided by the ultrasound peels the adhesion of third lumbar transverse process syndrome thus eliminating the clinical symptoms,which can not only ensure the safety,improve the precise treatment but also reduce the drug use,which is worth clinical promotion and application in the primary medical institutions.
