摘 要:目的对比分析应用间隙、持续蓝光持续照射方式对新生儿黄疸进行治疗的临床效果。方法随机抽取该院60例(2015年4月—2016年9月)黄疸患儿,遵从随机抽签法分组,可分A组和B组各30例,两组均给予蓝光照射治疗。与此同时,A组使用持续方式治疗,B组使用间隙方式治疗,分析A、B组疗效。结果两组的TBi L水平比治疗前有所降低(P<0.05),且B组的TBi L水平(104.18±1.17)μmol/L比A组低(136.11±11.82)μmol/L(P<0.05);治疗有效率中,B组为93.3%,A组为90.0%,与A组对比,B组治疗略高,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,B组最低(A组VS B组40.0%VS 16.7%)(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿实施蓝光治疗可取得良好疗效,但间隙照射临床效果佳,退黄速度快,且不良反应更轻。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of gp and continuous blue light irradiation in treatment of jaundice of newborns.Methods 60 cases of children with jaundice admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were random selection and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,both groups were treated with blue light irradiation,at the same time,the group A adopted the continuous treatment method,while the group B adopted the gap treatment method,and the curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The TBi L level decreased compared with that before treatment(P〈0.05),and the TBi L level in the group B was lower than that in the group A[(104.18±1.17)μmol/L vs(136.11±11.82)μmol/L](P〈0.05),the treatment effective rate in the group B was slightly higher than that in the group A(93.3% vs 90.0%),and the difference between groups had no statistical significance(P〈0.05),the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the group B was lower than that in the group A(40.0% vs 16.7%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of blue light irradiation in treatment of jaundice of newborns is good,but the clinical effect of gas irradiation is good with rapid jaundice removal speed and mild adverse reactions.
