健康宿主马尔尼菲青霉菌病2例及文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨健康宿主感染马尔尼菲青霉菌的临床表现及早期诊治。方法回顾分析2014年12月—2015年12月该院收治的2例健康宿主感染马尔尼菲青霉菌病的病例报告,并复习相关国内外文献。结果 2例健康宿主患者早期均以发热、咳嗽、贫血为临床表现,影像学检查均提示累及肺部。2例患者最终因培养出马尔尼菲青霉菌确诊,抗真菌治疗后好转。结论健康宿主感染马尔尼菲青霉菌早期临床表现无特异性,注重患者临床标本真菌培养有利于马尔尼菲青霉菌病早期诊断及治疗。Objective To study the clinical manifestations and early diagnosis and treatment of health host Penicilliosis Mameffei.Methods 2 cases of health host Penicilliosis Mameffei admitted and treated in our department from December2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures at home and abroad were reviewed.Results The early clinical manifestations of the two health host patients were fever,cough and anaemia,and the imaging examination reminded that it was involved in the lung,and 2 cases were confirmed due to the culture of penicilliosis mameffei and the improved after the antifungal treatment.Conclusion There is no specificity of early clinical manifestations of the health host infected with penicilliosis mameffei,and paying attention to the culture of clinical specimen epiphyte is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment of penicilliosis mameffei.
