摘　　要：目的:调查新疆南疆地区夏季高原驻训官兵常见皮肤病发病情况,为皮肤病防治提供科学依据。方法:采用普查法及问卷调查法,对驻训官兵常见皮肤病病种分布情况进行统计分析。结果:1 512名驻训官兵,发病率最高的6种皮肤病依次为痤疮、足癣、日光性皮炎、湿疹、虫咬皮炎、荨麻疹;按皮肤病类型,依次为皮肤附属器皮肤病、变态反应性疾病、真菌性皮肤病,所占比例分别为26.2%、23.9%、22.6%。结论:皮肤病是部队官兵常见病,病种有其特点,以皮肤附属器皮肤病、变态反应性疾病、真菌性皮肤病等类型为主。Objective：To investigate common skin diseases bothering plateau training troops in Xinjiang region in summer,and provide a scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of skin disease among officers and soldiers.Methods：Data were collected by census and questionnaire survey and then underwent statistical analysis.Results：A total of 1 512 cases were affected skin diseases among training officers and soldiers,skin diseases of the highest incidence were：acne,tinea pedis,eczema,sunlight dermatitis,insect dermatitis and urticaria.Sorted by skin type,common skin conditions were skin adnexal diseases（26.2%）,allergic diseases（23.9%）and fungal skin diseases（22.6%）.Conclusion：The incidence of skin diseases was high and would impact the health of officers and soldiers.The most common skin conditions were skin adnexal diseases,allergic diseases,fungal skin diseases.This study can provide reference for prevention and treatment of skin disease among officers and soldiers.
