摘 要:目的:检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者LILRA2基因多态性位点(rs2241524)的基因型频率,探讨其与SLE易感性的相关性。方法:采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)对SLE患者组(230例)及对照组(260例)LILRA2基因rs2241524位点进行基因分型。结果:SLE患者组LILRA2(rs2241524)基因型AA频率(6.5%)高于对照组(1.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基因型AG频率(36.1%)和GG频率(57.4%)分别与对照组(34.6%、63.5%)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);SLE患者组等位基因A基因频率(24.6%)高于对照组(19.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上海地区汉族LILRA2基因多态性位点rs2241524(G>A)与SLE发生相关。Objective: To investigate the correlation between LILRA2 gene polymorphism (rs2241524) and susceptibility of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods: DNA samples from controls(260 cases) and SLE patients(230 cases) were genotyped using matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectromeh7. Results: The polymorphism rs2241524 genotype frequency of AA was higher in SLE than in the controls(6.5% vs. 1.9%, P〈0.05). Genotype frequencies of AG and GG were no significant differences between SLE (36.1%, 57.4%) and the controls(34.6%, 63.5%). The frequency of allele A was also significantly higher in SLE than in the controls(24.6% vs. 19.2%, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The polymorphism of LILRA2 (rs2241524 G〉A) is associated with the development of SLE in Han population in Shanghai.
