摘　　要：报告1例少见的穿通性环状肉芽肿。患者女,39岁。双手背、右侧手腕及左侧肘部丘疹3年,累及右足背及双耳1年。皮疹渐增大、增多,形成溃疡,偶有瘙痒。皮损组织病理检查:表皮破溃,真皮浅层可见栅栏状肉芽肿结节,结节中央纤维蛋白样坏死,并可见变性胶原及纤维蛋白坏死物质穿通表皮。诊断:穿通性环状肉芽肿。A rare case of perforating granuloma annulare is reported. A 39-year-old female presented with 3-year history of multiple papules on the dorsal hands, right wrist and left elbow, with involvement of the right dorsal foot and ears for 1 year. The lesions increased gradually in number and formed ulcers, with occasional itching. Histopathological examination showed ulceration of the epidermis, palisading granulomatous nodules with central fibroid necrosis and degenerated collagen in the dermis, some of which penetrated into the epidermis. The diagnosis of perforating granuloma annulare was made.
