摘 要:尖端制造领域内基于共同开发平台、以协作关系为基础、以集成技术为目标、以异质性生产资源整合为内容的协同创新展示了创新的未来趋势。本文试图回答:协同创新为特征的生产整合与技术集成的平台,其分工与协作的关系基础能否构成一种有效的生产性资源配置方式且能够弥补市场机制的不足。创新具有整合与集成的技术特质,企业务必通过整合外部资源的方式推动创新;信息化加剧了技术溢出并导致了持续创新需求;信息技术搭建起协同生产的平台的工业4.0时代,平台扩张效应将会蔓延至更为广泛的生产或公共领域,且更加趋向于社会化大生产体系特征。秉承了"分工与规模相互促进"的组织效率逻辑,整合与集成的协作平台呈现显著的创新优势,有力支撑了本文"以构造平台引领创新驱动"的相关政策指针与建议。Basing on the cooperation relationship,targeting the integration technology development,the synergistic innovation occurring on the common development platform in the high-level domain of manufacturing industry integrates heterogeneous productive resources and embodies the integrated tendency of future innovation. The paper tries to answer if the cooperation relationship basis of the integration platform with the feature of synergistic innovation could be a feasible mean of resources allocation to compensate the misallocation of resources in market. The paper discusses the integrated technical characteristics of innovation, concludes that enterprises have to promote innovation by the mean of integrating external resources. The promotion of information technology exacerbates technology spillover and demands continuous innovation. In the age of industry 4.0 of building the collaborative production platform, inheriting the organizational efficiency mechanism about the mutual promotion between the division of labor and scale, the collaboration platform of integration has presented remarkable trend of innovation and efficiently support the proposes.
