摘  要:采用酚醛树脂(PF)、硫磺(S)与过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作交联剂,研究了马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-gMAH)的动态硫化对增韧尼龙6(PA6)性能的影响。结果表明,采用PF硫化体系且硫化剂用量为EPDM-g-MAH的1.5%,PA6与EPDM-g-MAH质量比为80/20的合金的综合性能较好,其拉伸强度与缺口冲击强度较未硫化PA6/EPDMg-MAH(80/20)合金分别提高69.5%与128.8%,主要是由于动态硫化提高了PA6与EPDM-g-MAH的相容性。动态硫化还提高了PA6/EPDM-g-MAH合金的热稳定性、PA6的结晶温度和结晶速率。Using phenolic resin (PF), sulfur (S) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as crosslinking agent, the effects of dynamic vulcanization of maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM-g-MAH) on properties of nylon 6 (PA6) were studied. The results show that the dynamically vulcanized PA6/EPDM-g-MAH (80/20) blend with PF curing system and the curing agent content of 0.3 % possesses superior properties. The tensile strength and notched impact strength of this blend are higher than those of unvulcanized PA6/EPDM-g-MAH (80/20) blend by 69.5 % and 128.8 %, respectively, which is due to the improved compatibility between PA6 and EPDM-g-MAH via dynamic vulcanization. Moreover, the thermal stability of PA6/EPDM-g-MAH blends, crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of PA6 are also improved because of dynamic vulcanization.
