福州市居民幸福指数指标体系的建构

摘　　要：居民幸福指数作为衡量和评价居民生活质量的重要指数,随着社会经济的发展和进步越来越受重视。既有理论和实践的分析表明,基于不同的价值取向构建的居民幸福指数指标体系很难达成统一的标准。基于综合评价法的福州市居民幸福指数指标体系遵循完备性、独立性、可操作性、普遍性、针对性原则,囊括了经济状况、政治状况、社会状况、健康状况、环境条件、文化状况等客观指标及20项主观指标。As an important index to measure and evaluate residents＇ life quality, residents＇ happiness index is getting more attention. The existing theoretical and practical analysis shows that it＇s difficult to get a unified standard for indicator system of residents＇ happiness index which is based on different value orientations. The indicator system of Fuzhou residents＇ happiness index is based on comprehensive evaluation method, follows the principles of completeness, independence, operability, universality and pertinence, and includes objective indicators such as economic status, political status, social status, health status, environmental conditions, cultural conditions, and 20 subjective indicators.
