摘  要:循环水取水系统阻力过大容易造成循环水泵前池水位相对水源地水位下降,在同样循环水泵运行方式下,不仅造成循环水流量相对减少,循环水泵扬程相对升高,影响机组经济运行,还影响循环水泵最优运行方式确定的准确性。以某电站循环水取水系统存在的问题和循环水泵运行优化为例,分析前池水位下降对循环水泵运行优化结果的影响。循环水取水系统在设计选型及运行维护方面应尽量减小取水系统阻力,进行循环水泵运行优化时应充分考虑前池水位下降对循环水泵工作状态的影响。High circulating water system resistance tends to make forebay water level of circulating pump decreaseing, Under the same operating mode, it would cause reduce circulating water and increase the water head of circulating pump, which would affect economic benefits of units and the accuracy of determination of the most economic circulating pump operation mode. Based on the problem of circluating water system and optimization of circulating pump operation mode, the analysis of how the forebay water level affect the result of optimzing circulating pump operation mode is conducted. The result shows that circulating water system resistance should be minimized in desing, selectionn, operation and maintance, the effect of forebay water level of circulating pump decreaseing should be considered when optimzie circulation operation mode.
