摘 要:采用溶液共混法,以木粉为改性剂制备了聚乳酸基生物降解复合材料。研究了木粉用量对复合材料的玻璃化转变温度、力学性能、韧性及形态的影响,并考察了木粉的表面改性处理对复合材料韧性的影响。结果表明,木粉的添加可明显提高聚乳酸的韧性。SEM分析结果表明,木粉与聚乳酸之间的界面结合是复合材料的主要增韧机理。Bio-based poly(lactic acid) (PLA) composites were prepared using wood flour as a reinforcing agent through solution blending method. The effect of wood flour content on glass transition temperature, mechanical properties, fracture toughness, and morphology of the composites was investigated. The influence of surface treatment of wood flour on fracture toughness of the composites was also discussed. As a result, the fracture toughness of PLA is significantly improved by the addition of wood flour. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) photographs show that interfacial bonding properties between wood flour and PLA are the main toughening mechanism for toughness improvement.
