摘 要:采用硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥以及两种水泥混合后配制人工鱼礁混凝土,研究水泥类型对人工鱼礁混凝土的耐久性的影响。试验中,采用氯离子渗透性和吸水率试验研究水泥类型对人工鱼礁混凝土渗透性的影响,结合孔结构和XRD等试验方法对混凝土微观结构进行测试和分析,研究不同水泥对混凝土性能的影响。研究结果表明:在标准养护下,采用硫铝酸盐水泥时海水海砂混凝土的骨料与水泥石界面得到明显改善,裂缝减少,孔结构优化;与普通混凝土相比,其抗压强度和劈拉强度分别增加了15.0%和11.9%,抗渗性也得到提高;而采用混合水泥会导致海水海砂混凝土内部的裂缝明显增多,骨料与水泥石界面变差,孔结构明显劣化,导致抗压强度、劈拉强度和抗渗性降低。With Portland cement, sulfate aluminate cement, and two kinds of cement mixture preparation of artificial reefs, the influence of the cement type on the durability of artificial reef concrete is researched. Using the chloride ion permeability test and water absorption test, the influence of the cement type on the permeability of artificial reefs concrete is studied. In combination with pore structure and XRD, the microstructure of concrete is tested and analyzed, to study the effect of different cement on concrete performance. The results show that under the standard curing, using sulfate aluminate cement, the sea sand concrete aggregate and cement interface get improved significantly, the crack reduced and pore structure optimized. Compared with ordinary concrete, its compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increased by 15.0% and 11.9% respectively, the penetration resistance is improved. Using mixed cement can cause the sea sand concrete internal cracks obviously increased, aggregate and cement interface, pore structure obvious degradation, reduce the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and permeability resistance.
