摘　　要：江西省峡江水利枢纽电站项目属于经营性资产投资,需要向社会资本融资。项目法人通过采取政府与社会资本合作的PPP融资与运营模式解决了建设资金缺口和运营管理问题,取得了较好效果,并获得国家发改委认可,作为成功案例进行推广。就江西省峡江水利枢纽电站项目PPP融资与运营模式进行了论述。By means of PPP financing and operation mode with the cooperation between government and social capital, Xia river hydropower project entity addressed the problems of construction financial deficit and operations management. The project＇s financing pattern achieves positive effects, thereby gaining recognition and promotion as a successful case from national development and reform commission. This paper discusses the PPP financing and operation mode of Xia river hydropower project in Jiangxi.
