摘 要:通过总结国内外指标体系构建的共性,结合DPSIR模型构建包含36个指标的江苏省绿色增长评价指标体系。分别以江苏省2005—2014年的指标数据及江苏省13个城市2013年的指标数据为样本,运用改进的熵值法,对江苏省绿色增长进行动态分析和差异分析。结果表明:(1)江苏省2005—2014年绿色增长呈现整体递增的趋势;(2)就具体城市而言,南京市、镇江市、苏州市绿色增长水平较高,盐城市、淮安市和宿迁市绿色增长水平较低;(3)绿色增长区域差异评价结果与江苏省经济区域划分结果相似,苏南绿色增长水平高于苏中和苏北。The paper summed up the index system at home and abroad to find their similarities, an evaluation index system of green growth in Jiangsu Province which contains 36 indicators was built combined with the DPSIR model. The paper chose the data of Jiangsu from 2005 to 2014 and the data of 13 cities in 2013 as sample respectively, then, the paper applied the improved entropy method to analysis the level of green growth in Jiangsu dynamically and discriminately. The results indicated that: (1) According to the data from 2005 to 2014, the general level of green growth in Jiangsu showed a promising trend. (2) In terms of specific cities, green growth level of Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Suzhou are higher, Yancheng, Huai'an, Suqian are lower oppositely. (3) Regional differences of green growth are similar to economy disparity in Jiangsu, green growth level of southern is higher than the central and northern regions.
