摘 要:在不同温度和不同光照条件下对 3株金龟子绿僵菌和 1株贵州绿僵菌的液体深层培养研究表明 ,光照对菌丝生长和液生分生孢子产量均无显著影响 .但培养温度显著影响菌丝生长和液生分生孢子的产出率 ,2 5~ 2 8℃为液体深层培养绿僵菌的适宜温度 ,其中以 2 8℃最佳 .对 3~ 4龄马尾松毛虫幼虫的室内毒力测定表明 ,绿僵菌液生分生孢子的毒力略低于气生分生孢子 .表 5参Three strains of Metarhizium anisopliae (Metsch.) Sorokin and one strain of Metarhizium guizhouense Chen et Guo were cultivated in submerged culture under different conditions of temperature and light to determine their effect on growth and sporulation. The results showed that the light could not directly affect mycelia growth and submerged sporulation of Metarhizium spp. The cultural temperature affected the mycelia growth and output of submerged conidia significantly. The preference temperature for submerged culture was between 25~28 ℃, and the optimum temperature was at 28 ℃. In addition, the pathogenicity of submerged conidia and aerial conidia were compared in laboratory. The data indicated that there were not significantly different at the toxicity to 3rd~4th instar larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus between submerged conidia and aerial conidia, but the virulence of submerged conidia to larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus was relatively lower.
