摘　　要：以长江流域某电站发电机出口高压断路器传动机构拐臂异常为案例,阐述了高压断路器分合闸故障排查的一般步骤,并针对操作机构内液压油变质乳化,失去原有性能,导致操作机构动作异常,进而引起传动机构拐臂异常的故障进行了深度剖析,提出了合理的处置方案和日常检修维护中的有效预防措施。With a practical case analysis, the troubleshooting process of abnormal action arm in high voltage circuit breaker is introduced. Specifically, an abnormal action fault fault of the transmission crank of the transmission crank arm due to the deterioration and emulsification of the hydraulic oil in the operating mechanism is discussed in detail, which will cause the loss of its original function and the breakdown of the operating mechanism. Then, treatment schemes and effective precaution measures for daily maintenance are proposed.
