摘　　要：以阿姆斯特丹为例,从智慧生活、智慧工作、智慧交通、智慧经济和数据开放五个方面阐述阿姆斯特丹如何开展智慧城市建设。通过总结归纳其发展特点,提取先进的建设理念和发展经验,得出智慧城市的建设要坚持以人为本,在政府引导下鼓励公众主动参与,同时兼顾软、硬件基础设施的共同建设,根据城市本身的特点有针对、有目的地进行城市规划。This article takes Amsterdam as an example,from five aspects——smart living,smart working,smart mobility,smart economy,and data open to explain how to carry out the construction of smart city in Amsterdam.By summarizing the development features and extracting the construction of advanced concepts and development experience,we can know construct the smart city,it is necessary to adhere to the people-oriented and in under the guidance of the government to encourage the public to actively participate in,and at the same time consider both software and hardware infrastructure co-construction so that we can carry out special city planning according to the characteristics of the city.
