摘 要:药剂师是负责提供药物知识咨询和药事服务的专业人员,是药物使用的专家,其主要职责是监察复核医生所开处方的正确与否。种种反馈表明高等院校人才培养方式目标等与企业需求严重脱节,高校毕业生经过大学四年的培养不能很好的适应企业岗位需求,造成眼高手低等问题。加强和改革校外实践教育是解决高校人才培养与企业需求之间矛盾的有效途经之一。该文以药物制剂学实习课为例,采用校外实践教育运行机制的绩效评价等方法研究卓越药剂师人才培养校外实践教育。The pharmacist is a specialist in the provision of drug knowledge counseling and pharmacy services and is an expert in the use of drugs whose primary duty is to monitor the correctness of the prescription of the examining doctor.All kinds of feedback shows that the goal of personnel training in colleges and universities is seriously out of line with the needs of enterprises, college graduates after four years of training can not be a good job to meet the needs of enterprises, resulting in low expert problems.Strengthening and reforming out-of-school practice education is one of the effective ways to solve the contradiction between university personnel training and enterprise's demand. In this paper, taking the pharmacology practice course as an example, this paper studies the practice of excellence pharmacists" training in school practice by using the performance evaluation of the operating mechanism outside the school.
