滋金补水膏参与老年慢阻肺治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察滋金补水膏治疗稳定期老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法60例确诊老年患者纳入研究,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,对照组予西药常规治疗,治疗组加用滋金补水膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、免疫功能、急性加重次数、生活质量,并观察两组不良反应。结果治疗组生活质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CAT积分降低值大于西药常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组免疫功能指标IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组急性加重率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋金补水膏联合常规西药治疗COPD,取得了较单纯应用西药更加显著的临床疗效,同时能显著改善患者的临床症状、免疫功能,减少患者急性加重,提高生活质量,临床应用未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of nourishing Zijin Bushui paste in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of stable stage in the elderly. Methods 60 cases of elderly diagnosed patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group received routine treatment of western medicine, treatment group received Zijin Bushui paste. Compare the clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms, immune function and acute exacerbations, quality of life and observe the adverse reactions of the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the life quality in treatment group was improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the CAT score of treatment group decreased significantly （P 〈0.05）, the total efficiency increased（P 〈0.05） ,and the immune function indexes of IgA, IgC, IgM, C3, C4 improved （P 〈 0.05）. The acute exacerbation rate was lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Zijin Bushui paste combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of COPD is better than pure western medicine application. It also can significantly improve the patient＇ s clinical symptoms, immune function, reduce the acute exacerbation and improve the quality of life safely with no toxic and side effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
