摘　　要：重症肌无力、多发生性硬化及风湿性疾病等自身免疫性疾病的发病率呈逐渐上升之势,其促发病因及具体作用机制仍不完全清楚。本文通过对近年来关于免疫系统与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴相关性的文章进行综述,以期初步揭示其作用机理。The autoimmune diseases such as myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis of nature and rheumatoid showed a trend of rising, however, the causes and the specific mechanism are still not entirely clear. This article is aiming to reveal the mechanism preliminarily through the recent studies about the correlation between immune system and HPA axis in order to reveal its mechanism.
