摘  要:中医病、证、症均是病因引发的单个或复合因果事件流全景中某些连续事件(事件族)的概括,借此理论框架,能对病、证、症的核心指称范围及相互之间的逻辑关系作出大致判断。中医证描述的范围和西医学近来提出的非稳态负荷(allostatic load)描述的范围大致相当,证描述了非稳态负荷的类型。中医学历史上各种关于证的学说,实际上具有内在统一性,它们针对的是机体整体调节适应性变化及伴随损伤连续过程的不同阶段。中医学本身就具有辨病、辨证两个传统,并追求两者最优结合。本文的首要意义在于指明了中医所有证描述的领域以及该领域的特性,从而对证的科学研究及临床应用、病证关系的理解、形成新的医学范式具有重要价值。Syndrome, disease and symptom of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are all summarization of some continuous events (event family)in panorama of single or composite cause and effect event induced by pathogeny. According to this theoretical framework, we can make the general judgment on the core reference range of disease ,syndrome and symptom and the lo^cal relationship between them. The scope of TCM syndrome roushly correspmtds to the ranse of allostatic load described in western medicine, syndrome describes the pattern of allostatie load. All kinds of theories about syndrome in TCM history, actually have the inherent unity. They are aimed at the different stages of the continuous process of the whole body adjustment on adaptive responses and accompanied damage. TCM itself has two traditions as disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and seek the best combination of the two aspects. The primary significance of this paper is to point out the field described by TCM syndrome and the characteristics of this field, which holds significant meaning to the scientific research and clinical application of syndrome, understanding of relationship between disease and syndrome, formation of the novel medical paradigm.
