“有故无殒”的内涵与外延探析

摘　　要：探讨"有故无殒"的内涵、外延及临床意义。"有故无殒"本义指妊娠妇女处于"大积大聚"的危重状态下,可适度合理地使用峻下、滑利、破血、耗气等药物达到治疗目的;其外延意义强调临证要知药善用,只要药证相符,即使是有毒之品,也可大胆应用。"有故无殒"指导思想不仅适用于妇科,对恶性肿瘤、内伤杂病的治疗也有启发意义。This paper discussed the connotation, denotation and clinical significance of ＂You Gu Wu Yun＂ theory. The original meaning of ＂You Gu Wu Yun＂ theory refers to drugs with effects of drastic purgation, relaxing bowels, breaking blood and expelling stasis, qi consumption can be properly and rationally used in pregnant woman under critical conditions （＂ Daji Daju＂ syndrome） to achieve therapeutic purpose. Its denotative meaning emphasizes the accurate and flexible application of drugs in clinical practice. As long as the drugs are consistent with the syndromes, they can be boldly applied, even toxic medicine. ＂You Gu Wu Yun＂ theory is not only suitable for gynecology,but also instructive for the treatment of malignant tumor and miscellaneous diseases.
