摘　　要：目的探讨超声诊断闭合性外周神经急性损伤程度的价值。方法回顾性分析30例34条受损外周神经损伤程度的超声诊断结果,将超声诊断结果与术中所见结果进行比对。结果 34条受损神经中,超声诊断神经增粗水肿18条,部分性断裂12条,完全性断裂4条。误诊2条,其中1条超声诊断为神经增粗水肿,手术结果为部分性断裂,另1条超声诊断为部分性断裂,手术结果为完全性断裂。超声诊断符合率为94.12%(32/34)。结论超声判断闭合性外周神经急性损伤程度的准确度较高,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed acute peripheral nerve injury. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the ultrasound examination results of 30 cases with 34 injured peripheral nerves. A comparison was performed between ultrasound examination results and intraoperative findings. Results Among the 34 injured nerves, 18 were diagnosed with thickening and edema, 12 partial fracture and 4 complete rupture. Of 2 misdiagnosis nerves, one with thickening and edema diagnosed by ultrasound turned out to be partial fracture after surgery, and another one with partial fracture diagnosed by ultrasound to be complete fracture after surgery. The diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound examination was 94. 12% （32/34）. Conclusion Ultrasound can accurately determine the severity of closed acute peripheral nerves injury, and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
