摘  要:获得高产优质菌株,提高埃博霉素发酵效价与成品纯度,降低成品单个杂质含量。采用长波紫外线(NUV)辐照原生质体,选育埃博霉素产生菌-粘细菌纤维堆囊菌(Sorangium cellulosum)。获得一株长波紫外线(NUV)辐照原生质体再生高产株,经生产罐应用后,发酵单位较出发菌株提高1.2倍,经提纯后,埃博霉素A杂质含量下降20%,成品收率提高8%,纯度提高3.5%。该方法正突变率高,诱变谱广,操作安全,简便,为生物科学发展开辟了一条新途径。Obtaining Epothilone high-producing strain, improving Epothilone fermentation potency and the product purity, and reducing the finished single impuritycontent were discussed. After near protoplast was treated by ultraviolet light irradiation, a high-producing strain near ultraviolet light irradiation protoplast was obtained. After fermentation tank application, fermentation potency stability increased by 1.2 times than parent strain. After purification, Epothilone A content decreased by 20%, the product yield increased by 8%, purity increased by 3.5%. This method was high mutation rate mutation spectrum, safe operation, convenient for the development of biological science, a new way was set up.
