摘  要:目前纳氏试剂比色法被广泛应用于废水氨氮的测定,而废水中钙、镁等金属离子、色度以及浊度等均干扰其测定,故该比色法以硼酸为吸收液进行蒸馏预处理^([1])。但在实际操作中,以4%硼酸作为吸收液,蒸馏后的样品测定结果并不理想。本文提出以浓度为0.4%硼酸作为吸收液的改进方法,以1 mg/L的氨氮标准溶液为例,回收率高达99.4%,相对误差为0.6%≤10%^([2]),标准样品值在误差允许范围内,且样品测得结果具有较高的精密度和准确度。At present Nessler reagent-colorimetry is widely used in the determination of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater, and the metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, chromaticity and turbidity were disturbed. However, in the actual operation, taking 4% boric acid as a sample, the measured results after distillation were not ideal. The improvement method of concentration of 0.4% boric acid was proposed, taking 1 mg/L ammonia nitrogen standard solution as an example, the recovery rate was 99.4% , relative error was 0. 6% , the standard sample value was within the allowable range, and the sample had high precision and accuracy.
