摘 要:以矿质元素含量为指标,对补阳中药进行主成分分析和聚类分析,研究其矿质元素的分布特征。主成分分析表明,前4个主因子含有补阳类中药矿质元素含量82.845%的信息。聚类分析可知,当补阳类中药分为4类时,杜仲,蛤蚧,淫羊藿分别为一类;当归、白芍、何首乌、肉苁蓉、补骨脂、巴戟天及沙苑子为一类。结果表明中药的补阳作用与矿质元素分布有关。With the content of mineral elements as index, principal components analysis and cluster analysis were applied for the study of mineral elements to study the distribution of mineral elements in yang tonics of Chinese Herb. The results form principal components indicated that the frontal 4 principal factors contained 82. 845% information about mineral elements of yang tonics. It could be seen through analyzing dendrogram of clustering analysis that when the yang tonics were classified into 4 categories, eucommia, gecko and barrenwort were classified into 3 different categories, angelica sinensis, white peony root, tuberfleeceflower, cistanehe, fructus psoralea, morinda officinalis and semen astragali complanali. The effect in invigorating yang of Chinese Herb was related to the distribution of mineral elements.
