摘 要:运用水解共沉淀的方法利用炼油碱渣废水中所含的碱源、硫源合成了ZnO/ZnS量子点,并对其形貌和结构进行了表征和分析。该实验过程较为简单,涉及多个基本反应操作和数据分析。以此实验作为大学本科的教学实验课程,不仅可以帮助学生了解有关量子点的基本专业知识,熟悉掌握基本实验操作和表征手段;还能够引导学生利用所学专业知识,并通过设计合理科研课题解决备受关注的环境问题。ZnO/ZnS quantum dots, obtaining from petrochemical effluent which can be as alkali sources and sulfur sources, were synthesized by coprecipitation method. These quantum dots played key roles in the process of effluent treatment. As a simple experiment which contained fundamental reactions and data analyzing, it could be design for an experimental curriculum for students in connecting closely with environmental protection. Moreover, according to this experiment, students not only learned nanotechnology precisely and systematically, but also improved the environmental concerns by designing a rational research.
