摘　　要：有机化学实验是中医药院校药学专业的一门重要专业基础课程。本文基于传统有机化学实验教学现状与存在的问题,从优化教学内容、改进教学模式与方法、推进绿色化学等三个方面对药学专业有机化学实验教学进行了改革探索。实践表明,改革措施能够充分激发学生学习有机化学实验的积极性,提高实验教学效果,有利于培养学生创新能力、应用能力及环保意识。Organic Chemistry experiment is an important professional basic course for pharmacy specialty in Chinese medicine colleges. According to the present condition and exisiting problems in the experimental teaching of Organic Chemistry experiment, a series of reforms and practices were carried out, including optimization of teaching contents, improvement of teaching mode and method, advance of green chemistry. It was proved that the reform measures can fully stimulate students＇ initiative and enhance the teaching effect, effectively cultivate students＇ abilities of innovation and application, and raise students＇ environmental protection awareness.
