摘  要:对某变电站一起66kV并联电容器组着火事故进行原因分析。通过现场事故调查,返厂检测及解体检查,结合电容器组故障录波图分析,查明本次事故诱因源自A相下节电容器电容屏击穿。电容器故障后断路器拒动,A相电容器熔丝群爆,相故障持续,造成系统B、C相电压升高,并引发了系统严重过电压和过电流,导致电容器组着火事故发生。建议运行部门加强对设备监督检查;设备制造部门对本次故障暴露出的问题进行现场整改,防止类似故障再次发生;采购部门严格执行国家电网公司物质采购标准。The paper analyzed the causes of fire accident of 66 kV shunt capacitor bank in a substation. Through the accident investigation, the factory inspection and the disintegration inspection, combined with the fault analysis of the capacitor group, it is found that the accident inducement is caused by the breakdown of A phase capacitor screen. Capacitor refused to move after the fault circuit breaker, A phase capacitor fuse group of detonation, phase failure, caused system B, C phase voltage rise, and caused the system serious overvoltage and overcurrent, causing the fire accident of capacitor group. It is recommended that the operation department strengthen the supervision and inspection of equipment. Equipment manufacturing sector rectification of this fault exposed problems on the spot, and prevent similar failures occur again. Procurement departments should enforce the State Grid Corporation of material procurement standards strictly.
