摘  要:研究白炭黑用量对丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)/液体丁腈橡胶(LNBR)弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,当白炭黑的用量为30份时,混炼胶的各项物理性能很好,拉伸强度为16.9MPa,断裂伸长率为726%,拉伸永久变形率为27.3%,邵尔A硬度为60;老化后的拉伸强度为17.8MPa,断裂伸长率为590%,拉伸永久变形率为20.8%,邵尔A硬度为62,阿克隆磨耗体积为0.159cm3,屈挠450 000次呈三级;通过橡胶加工分析(RPA)测试,损耗模量随着剪切速率的增加而增加,随着温度的升高而降低,随着应变的增加而降低。In this paper,the influence of WCB no the properties of NBR/PVC/LNBR elastomer was investigated.The results of physical and mechanical properties testing showed that,When WCB was 30 phr,the physical properties of rubber mixed were well,tensile strength was 16.9MPa,breaking elongation was 726%,Tensile permanent deformation rate was 27.3%,Hardness is 60 degrees.Tensile strength after aging was 17.8 MPa,breaking elongation was 590%,Tensile permanent deformation rate was 20.8%,hardness is 62 degrees.the volume of Akron wear was 0.159cm^3,Flex 450 000 times was three level.Processing Analyzer(RPA)test results showed that,The loss modulus increased with the increase of shear rate,and decreased with the increase of the temperature,and decreased with the increase of the strain.
