摘  要:以自制的三嗪硫醇衍生物、6-二丁氨基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二硫醇(DB)为氯化聚乙烯弹性体(CM)的硫化剂,以硫化仪为主要研究手段并结合力学性能测定,研究了CM/DB体系的配合剂种类、用量对CM硫化过程与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在CM/DB体系中,当DB用量为1~2质量份,促进剂CZ用量为3质量份,且与5质量份的缚酸剂ZnO相配合时,可获得硫化速度适中、力学性能较佳的硫化胶。In the present work,a S-Triazine(TCY)derivative,6-(Dibutylamino)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol(DB)was prepared,and it was used to cure chlorinated polyethylene elastomer(CM).The vulcanization behaviors of CM/DB systems with different compounding agents were investigated by a moving die rheometer and mechanical performance of the cured CM elastomers.And the influences of different compounding agents and their dosages were also studied in detail.The results show that,when compounding with 1-2phr DB,3phr accelerator CZ,and 5phr acid absorbent ZnO,CM can be cured with a proper curing rate,and the cured CM rubber has better mechanical performance.
