摘　　要：二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)属于ω-3系列长链多不饱和脂肪酸,对机体有重要的生理功能。本文综述了DHA的生理学功能、代谢机理、不同DHA来源的比较以及在家禽生产中的应用,旨在为DHA在家禽生产中的科学应用提供理论依据。As a ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,docosahexaenoic acid（ DHA） plays an important role in human and animal＇s body.The biological functions and the metabolic mechanism of DHA,comparing the difference source of DHA and its applications in poultry production were reviewed in this paper aimed at providing the reference for DHA ＇s scientific applications in poultry production.
