摘　　要：卫生计生领域信用体系是我国社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分。本研究通过分析国家卫生计生信用信息网建设情况,发现现阶段我国卫生计生领域信用体系建设存在信息平台有待完善以及社会、市场角色缺位等问题,并从多中心理论和信用经济学理论视角剖析其产生的原因。建议在政府层面应加强信用信息风险管理、联合惩戒制度建设等。此外,还应充分发挥社会和市场两大主体的作用,促使卫生计生领域信用体系不断的完善。The credit system in the field of health and family planning is an important part of the construction of social credit system in China. Through the analysis of the national health and family planning credit information network con- struction, at the present stage, finds that there are some problems in the construction of credit system in the field of health and family planning in our country, such as the health information platform to be improved, the absence of social and market roles. Meanwhile, the study analyzes the causes of the problems with the perspective of polycentric theory and credit economics. Findings suggest that credit risk management should be strengthened and the disciplinary system should be constructed at the government level. In addition, full play to the role of the two main bodies of the society and the market should be given, so as to promote the continuous improvement to the health and family planning sector credits system.
