学科交叉背景下的口腔医学本科教育的现状及对策

摘　　要：各学科交叉融合发展背景下,口腔临床医学发展出很多相关交叉学科,本科毕业生的就业方向呈现多元化,而高校传统的口腔医学培养目标忽视市场需求,学生能力培养方向与社会需要错位,致使就业率长期逡巡不前。文章提出通过修订培养目标、调整课程组合、理实一体化、教研一体化,构建兼顾个人发展和社会需求的口腔医学本科教育模式。A number of related interdisciplinary courses are derived from oral clinical medicine against the back-ground of interdisciplinary development. As a result, job prospects for college graduates become pluralistic. However,market demand is not included in traditional oral medical training objects. The dislocation between students＂ trainingprospects and social needs results in stagnant employment rate. This paper tries to build up college teaching mode oforal medicine that strikes a balance between individual development and social demand, by means of revisions ontraining objects, adjustments on course combination, integration on concept and practice and integration on teachingand research.
