摘　　要：文章介绍了"OBE""注重学习产出"的教育模式,借鉴了国内外工程教育先进的教育教学改革经验,结合曾获得省教学成果一等奖的我校国家首批"卓越工程师培养计划"试点专业、黑龙江省重点专业车辆工程专业的建设经验,系统总结专业以需求导向、能力培养为目标"注重学习产出"的专业建设模式和实践体会。This paper introduces the education mode of OBE and paying attention learning outcomes, and drawslessons from the domestic and international engineering education reform of advanced education teaching experience.On the basis of experience of constructing the first pilot professional outstanding engineers training plan which wonthe first prize of provincial teaching achievement of our country, and the vehicle engineering professional which is themajor professional in Heilongjiang province, this paper summarizes the experience of professional construction andpractice which pays attention to the /earning outcomes.
