摘　　要：大学生社会责任感的提升需要思想政治教育的作用发挥。大学生社会责任感的目标指向是人的自由全面发展,形成过程要遵循知情意行规律,动力源泉是人的价值需要和实现。大学生社会责任感的提升需要社会主义核心价值观规约引导,家庭学校形成合力,社会实践功能发挥以及人文素质培育。The promotion of university students＇ social responsi- bility needs the function of ideological and political education. The goal of university students＇ social responsibility is people＇s free and comprehensive development. The process of its forma- tion should follow the law of cognition, emotion, will and behav- ior, and the source of its power is the value need and realization of human beings. The promotion of university students＇ social re- sponsibility requires the guidance of socialist core values, the formation of joint efforts by families and the university, the func- tion of social practice and the cultivation of humanistic quality.
