转型背景下地方高校资料室建设若干思考

摘　　要：高校转型影响到地方本科高校院系资料室应朝着更为专业性、针对性和学科特色方面发展。目前院系资料室建设存在定位模糊、功能不明确、文献资源不足、文献资料来源单一等问题。为适应高校转型发展的需要,院系资料室选购图书时应结合学院发展目标,注重相关文献资料的收集和整理,建设科学高效的图书管理和借阅系统,同时完善各种数据库尤其是专业特色数据库的建设。University transformation requires that the development of the reference rooms of local universities should be professional, well-focused and characteristic. There are some problems in the current reference room construction of departments and colleges, such as ambiguous orientation, unclear functions, insufficient document resources, and single sources of document resources. To meet the requirements of university transformation and development, the selection of books for the reference rooms of departments and colleges should be based on the development goals of universities. The relevant workers should pay attention to the collection and reorganization of document resources, construct a scientific and efficient book management and borrowing system, and improve the construction of professional characteristic database, so as to give better play to the role of references rooms in the healthy development of departments, colleges and universities.
