摘　　要：融经济和文化为一体的20世纪朝阳产业——文化产业给困境中的西部少数民族曲艺资源开辟了一条崭新的传承与发展之路。西部少数民族曲艺是一笔特殊的历史文化资源,在产业开发的过程中,我们应立足全局视角,充分考虑时代背景、社会趋势及西部少数民族曲艺资源的生存现状与文化特性,启用"对接旅游市场"、"打造市场品牌"、"构建产业阵营"等策略,有所思考、选择和行动,方能在激烈的文化产业市场竞争中取胜。As the sunrise industry of the20th century, the culture industry mixing culture and economy provides a new way for the development of the folk arts of minority in the west regions. The folk arts of minority in the west regions are the special historical culture resources. When developing these resources, we should fully consider the historical background, the social trend, and the current situation and characteristics of them, using the strategies of ＂linking to the tourism market＂, ＂creating marketing brands＂ and ＂constructing the industry scale＂ etc. Therefore, those folk arts can gain a success in the competition of the culture industry.
