摘　　要：目的:观察运用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗产后身痛的疗效,探讨治疗产后身痛的有效方法。方法:对41例产后身痛患者给予黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,随证加减,辨证用药,按疗程评价疗效。结果:41例中,28例治愈,12例显效,1例无效,总有效率97.6%。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗产后身痛疾病,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on postpartum pain and to explore the effective method in treating postpartum pain. Methods： 41 cases of patients with postpartum pain were given modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction treatment, with the dialectical medication, the efficacy was evaluated according to the course of treatment. Results： Among the 41 cases, 28 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.6%. Conclusion： Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction had remarkable clinical effect in treating postpartum pain.
