摘  要:地黄饮子原名地黄饮,《黄帝素问宣明论方》在原方基础上加少许薄荷而成,为治疗下元虚衰,痰浊上泛之喑痱证的常用方。老年期痴呆包括老年性痴呆(AD)、血管性痴呆(VD)及混合性痴呆等。中国历代医籍中并无老年期痴呆病名,但根据其临床表现可归属于中医的"呆病""痴呆""善忘""健忘""癫狂""文痴"范畴。根据历代中医文献并结合现代医学研究,可以把老年期痴呆的发病病机概括为先天禀赋不足、阴阳失调、气血失和、脏腑功能失调。本文从文献探究、方药分析、机制阐述等方面探讨地黄饮子加味治疗老年期痴呆的作用机制。Dihuang Yinzi decoction is originally called Dihuang decoction, it is formed by adding a little mint on the original formula of"Huangdi Neijing Suwen" and has been frequently used in treating Yinfei syndrome of deficiency and phlegm turbidity. Senile dementia includes Alzheimer's disease (AD), vascular dementia (VD) and mixed dementia. There is no dementia inthe ancient Chinese medical books, but according to the clinical manifestations, it should be classified into "dementia" dementia "forgetfulness" forgetful "madness" "foolish" category in Chinese medicine. According to the combination of ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine and modem medical research, the pathogenesis of the senile dementia disease could be summarized as lack of innate endowment, imbalance of yin and Yang, disharmony of Qi and blood, viscera function disorder. This thesis explores the mechanism of modified Dihuang Yinzi decoction in the treatment of senile dementia from the perspective of literature review, prescription analysis, an exposition of the mechanism.
