温针灸结合参苓白术散治疗慢性顽固性腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸结合参苓白术散治疗慢性顽固性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:总结建邺区双闸社区卫生服务中心中医科慢性顽固性腹泻患者39例,临床应用温针灸结合参苓白术散治疗,并评价其临床疗效。结果:温针灸结合参苓白术散治疗,总有效率94.8%,临床疗效满意。结论:对于慢性顽固性腹泻患者,应用温针灸及参苓白术散中药治疗,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu Power in treating chronic intractable diarrhea. Methods： 39 cases of patients with chronic intractable diarrhea in Shuangzha community service center of Jianye District were given warm acupuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu Power, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： The clinical total effective rate was 94.8%, and it had satisfactory curative effect. Conclusions： The application of warm acupuncture combined with Shenling Baizhu Power had definite curative effect in the treatment of chronic intractable diarrhea, and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
