电针加叩刺拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹止痛时效性的观察

摘　　要：目的:本研究采用多中心随机对照临床试验,评价电针加叩刺拔罐疗法治疗急性期带状疱疹的止痛时效性。方法:采用多中心、随机对照的方法,将符合要求的67例急性期带状疱疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组36例,为电针加叩刺拔罐组,采用电针夹脊穴、支沟穴、后溪穴、围刺阿是穴治疗,后予阿是穴局部叩刺拔罐,1次/d;对照组31例,为西药组,予盐酸伐昔洛韦、维生素B1口服治疗。两组均治疗10 d。观察比较两组患者治疗过程中的疼痛强度(VAS)评分、疼痛缓解及持续时间等。结果:两组试验第4天VAS评分改善的情况比较,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后VAS评分的改善情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两组疼痛缓解≥30%的时间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组疼痛完全消失时间比较,具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:与西药治疗相比较,电针加叩刺拔罐疗法在治疗早期对急性期带状疱疹的止痛效果更好。Objective： To evaluate the analgesic efficacy of electroacup/mcture combined with blood-letting puncturing and cupping in treating acute herpes zoster by multicenter randomized controlled clinical trial. Methods： A multicentre randomized controlled trial was carried out. 67 acute herpes zoster cases who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group with 36 cases was given electro-acupuncatre on the acupoints of Jiaji, Zhigou, and Houxi, surrounding needling on A-shi acupt）ints, and blood-letting puncturing and cupping on the local herpes afterwards. The treatment was held once a day. The other 31 cases in the controlled group were given oral medication of Aciclovir Sodium and Vitamin B1. The treatments lasted for 10 days in both groups. The pain scores （VAS） during the treatment, the pain releasing and lasting time of both groups were all recorded and compared. Results： There was significant difference between 2 groups in the VAS improvement on the 4th day of the test （P 〈 0.01）. After 10 days treatment, the VAS improvement of two groups was of no significant statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. Comparing the time taken to release more than 30% of pain, the 2 groups had no significant statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. There was significant difference in comparing the complete pain-releasing time （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Compared with the oral medication, electro-acupuncture combined with blood-letting puncturing and cupping treatment had superior analgesic effect in treating acute herpes zoster.
