摘　　要：目前民办高校的发展速度很快,逐渐成为高等教育的主要组成部分。教学的管理水平对于教学质量好坏起着决定性作用。哈尔滨属于体育强市,在高校的体育教育中有着重要的示范作用,而体育教学联盟已成为体育教学质量提高的趋势。本文主要对哈尔滨民办高校在体育教学联盟实施以及相关运行机制方面进行研究。At present, private colleges have developed very fast and have gradually become the main component of higher education. The management level of teaching plays a decisive role in the quality of teaching. The university sports education of Harbin has an important role in demonstration, and sports education alliance has become the trend of improving the quality of physical education. This article mainly studies the implementation of the PE teaching alliance and the related operation mechanism in private colleges in Harbin.
