采用闭合切口的鼻中隔软骨移植在单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形矫正中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨采用鼻中隔软骨游离移植增加鼻小柱的支撑力的方法,来治疗唇裂术后鼻翼塌陷畸形的临床应用效果。方法选择2014年7月至2016年11月,对28例唇裂术后继发较严重的鼻畸形患者,取中隔软骨约3cm×2cm大小,修剪后将它置于鼻小柱内,后缘与中隔软骨前缘固定,再将患侧大翼软骨抬起,与重建鼻中隔软骨固定。结果 28例患者均获得3个月——-1年随访,其中25例鼻外观保持与术后拆线时一样,双侧鼻翼高度对称,鼻尖形态好;3例患侧鼻翼略低于健侧,但较其术前也有明显改善,所用患者均对鼻外观满意。结论该术式效果好,且持久,是一种临床上值得推广的方法。Objective To investigate the method of Nasal septum cartilage transplant for the treatment on nasal deformity caused by surgery of unilateral cleft lip. Methods From Jul. 2014 to Nov. 2016, Twenty eight patients with serious nasal deformity caused by surgery of unilateral cleft lip were treated by this methods： Take nasal septum cartilage about 3 cmx 2 cm size, putted it inside the columella nasi after pruning, the trailing edge fixed on the leading edge of the nasal septum, then the reconstruction of nasal septum cartilage fixed on cartilago alaris major. Results 28 cases were followed up for 3 months to 1 years, 25 cases of effective with highly symmetrical on both sides of the nose and the beautiful appearance of the tip, 3 cases of asymmetry of the nose. Conclusion The method for the treatment with nasal deformity caused by surgery of unilateral cleft lip is effective and durable in clinical.
