改良倒U型固定引流模式在整形外科中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良倒U型固定引流模式在整形外科中的应用效果。方法取2015年12月-2017年1月在医院进行整形外科手术患者30例,入院后完善相关检查了解患者身体基本情况,患者均行整形外科手术治疗,术后放置引流管且采用改良的引流管固定,分析改良倒U型固定引流模式在整形外科中的应用效果。结果入组30例患者术后均成功拔除引流管,术后均未见感染。患者拔管前1-2d先进行夹闭,进一步对患者相关指标进行复查。拔管时,拆开固定缝线,边旋转边拔管。30例患者中12例放管2-4d,8例放管5-6d,10例放管7-10d,平均放管(5.33±2.193)d。30例患者均取得手术成功,且美容效果与预期美容效果相差较小,患者均满意;术后患者均未见明显感染、切口不愈等并发症。结论整形外科手术患者术后采用改良倒U型固定引流模式效果理想,能缩短手术时间、便于术后护理、操作方便及外形美观等优点,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of modified inverted U fixed drainage in plastic surgery. Methods From December 2015 January -2017 in hospital for patients undergoing plastic surgery in 30 cases, after admission related examinations understand the basic situation of the patient＇s body, patients underwent plastic surgery, drainage and the use of improved drainage tube fixation, analysis of modified inverted U type fixed drainage mode application effect in plastic surgery. Results 30 cases of patients were successfully removed drainage tube after operation, no infection after operation. The patient underwent 1-2D before extubation, and further reviewed the relevant indicators. Pull off the tube, open the fixed suture, while rotating the tube. Of the 30 patients, was given to the tube in 2-4d, and in the other, in which the tube was 5-6d in 8 cases, and in the other, in which was released into the tube in 7-10d, with an average of （5.33~2.193） d. 30 patients were successfully operated, and the cosmetic effect was different from the expected cos- metic effect, and the patients were satisfied. Conclusion The plastic surgery patients after the application of modified inverted U type fixed drainage effect is ideal, can shorten the operation time, postoperative care, convenient operation and beautiful appearance and oth- er advantages, is worthy of popularization and application.
