摘　　要：自体脂肪移植因其明显优势、临床效果效好,而且操作简单容易,是一种理想的软组织填充材料,广受整形美容外科医生的青睐,随着基础实验和临床研究的不断深入,自体脂肪移植成活率不断提高,其具有良好的应用前景。本文对自体脂肪在隆乳术中的理论基础、临床应用、以及并发症做一综述。Autologous fat, as the ideal filling materials without immunological immune, is superior to the artificial tissue sub- stitutes, and heterogeneous materials on the biological compatibility. However, the problems are high absorption rate and low survival rate after fat grafting. This review concluded the theoretical basis, clinical applications and complications of autologous fat grafting in breast augmentation.
